Want to gain experience of working at grass roots level in the development sector? Able to offer your time and skills? Ready for a fresh, new challenge?

ICYE Volunteering Abroad has a diverse range of opportunities available including working with street children, teaching, women’s development, HIV education, protecting human rights and many more. You can live abroad with a host family, learn a new language and help local communities in Africa, Latin America and Asia, while gaining valuable work experience in a number of different fields.

Placements range from 3 weeks to 12 months and we are recruiting now for both Long-Term and Short-Term Programmes for 2009-2010. You will have the chance to work with local NGOs who desperately need volunteers, while gaining valuable experience for yourself.

Full training, pocket money and language lessons are included.
A participation fee is required although ICYE will provide assistance with fundraising.

We hold regular Information Days at our office in Kilburn. North London.
